Sophie is a registered member of the British School of Meditation and teaches a broad range of meditation techniques borrowed from ancient and modern traditions around the world.

Styles of meditation include mindfulness meditation using breath; loving kindness and gratitude meditation; meditation with mantras/chanting and chakras; guided visualisation; focused practice using meditation cards, scripture or candles; body scan and sleep relaxation.

Much of her meditation practice is rooted in nature, with a special interest in plant and aromatherapy meditation, outdoor mindfulness and contemplation, and guided visualisation using natural themes.

She teaches through beginners’ courses, workshops and events, as well as one-to-one.
